In Store Premium Packages

If you visit one of our stores, in addition to our 'Instrument Only' and 'Discount Package' options found on our website, we also offer our most popular 'VIP Premium Upgrade Package' on most of our New Digital Pianos, Acoustic Pianos & Keyboards. 

We deliver on a pre-arranged day and time using our own delivery van and experienced staff, meaning you are not waiting in all day for a courier.  Your piano will be delivered fully assembled, installed in the room of your choice, including upstairs in most circumstances (Acoustic Pianos, may incur extra charge), and all the packaging removed, and if you have a part exchange, that will be collected in the same expert manner. 

We then add our own exclusive Full Parts and Labour Guarantee to run alongside, and in many cases, after the basic manufacturers warranties have run out, meaning any issues you may experience will be dealt with in house, quickly and hassle free.

You will then receive top quality accessories with your instrument which are carefully chosen products that we have sold for many years to ensure quality and reliability, not just today, but for years to come.  Your stool, stand, headphones or any other accessory items have been hand picked to ensure excellent quality meaning you will have everything you need to go with your instrument from day one.

If you are buying an Acoustic Piano, in addition to a full tune and regulation in store, the instrument will be tuned again at home  by our experienced tuner, ensuring you months of perfect harmony.

When it comes to paying for your new instrument, we offer 0% finance options up to 18 months to pay, with a small deposit.  To help take the stress out of getting your perfect new instrument, we will also be more than happy to offer a generous Part Exchange allowance on almost any Piano, Keyboard, Organ or other musical instrument, negating the need to find a private buyer and avoid the hassle of auction sites or third party selling sites.

Of course, once your new instrument has arrived, if you need a little help, we also include an introductory lesson with one of our experienced teachers in one of our Music Academies, or a live 1 to 1 online lesson, and if it is more technical help you need, we have product specialists on hand to help both in-store, online and on the phone.
