Delivery Information

When you purchase an Acoustic Piano, Organ or a Digital Piano in one of our Premium Packages, your whole delivery process will be handled by a member of our in house delivery team, whether you are 5, 50 or 500 miles away. Your instrument will be delivered on a prearranged day and time by one of our professional fully insured delivery teams, the instrument will be installed in the room of your choice and set up ready to play, with any packaging removed. If you have an instrument to part exchange, that will also be carefully removed at this point. Our Premium delivery service takes the hassle out of your purchase, with everything done just as it should be when buying a quality instrument. A member of the team will contact you to make specific personal delivery arrangements on a convenient day. Most items are shipped by courier, although some smaller items are delivered by Royal Mail recorded delivery, and will need to be signed for on delivery. Deliveries to non-standard addresses will incur an extra charge but if you call our Sales Line on 01702 334488 then we can let you know the cost of delivery. These include, but are not limited to, Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands & islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

If you would like your purchase delivered on a specific day, please let us know by using the "Specific delivery information" box at the checkout.

We offer the option for you to request delivery to a different address to the billing address of the purchaser. Before a decision is made, we make several security checks to protect ourselves against fraud, we therefore reserve the right to refuse to deliver to this address should we not be able to verify it. We will contact you should we encounter problems verifying your alternate delivery address.

Most of the items on our website are in-stock, and as such, we are normally able to despatch your order to you within 1-2 days. Where an item is not in-stock, we will contact you to let you know a likely delivery date.

If you do not examine your goods before signing for them please make sure you sign for them as 'unchecked'. You must inform us within two working days if the goods have been damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem as swiftly as possible.

A condition of purchase is that you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

This delivery information is for UK addresses. Non-UK customers should read the 'Overseas Customers' section for delivery information to non-UK addresses.

Customers receiving smaller instruments going by courier will receive and email or text the morning of delivery with a 2 hour time slot for your delivery.

Overseas customers

If you live outside the UK mainland please contact us prior to placing your order. We do not currently offer a delivery option to non-UK addresses via this website. Orders to non-UK addresses must be placed over the phone and we will confirm the delivery options and delivery charge. All orders will normally be fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit; any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
